A new video from the American Horror Story Instagram account has revealed the full cast lists for episodes one and two of Ryan Murphy’s upcoming spin-off series, American Horror Stories. The show, which was announced by Murphy in May of 2020, features self-contained anthological storylines, straying from the season-long story arc practiced in the original show. American Horror Story alum, Sarah Paulson, is a director on the series, and many other former cast members are returning to take part in the new project, along with some newcomers.

American Horror Stories is set to premiere on FX on Hulu beginning July 15, with a plot that has been kept under pretty tight wraps. The aptly-named series will feature a new horror story in each episode, and the list of terrifying possibilities is seemingly endless. The original American Horror Story premiered in 2011 and quickly became known for its repeat castings and clues possibly connecting the seasons. Now, it seems like American Horror Stories is set on using some of these same methods to keep devoted viewers watching.  A recent trailer for the series showed new characters back in season one’s Murder House, while known characters and returning actors are also set to reappear.
