This means a lot to me.
As a kid I always dreamed about committing. This is just straight happiness. I’m finally taking that big step in my life.
College has been a goal forever. My dad graduated. My mom graduated. It was something that was mandatory in life.
Football runs in my family. I was made for this.

My dad, Ron Moore Sr., went to the league. He got drafted by Green Bay and then he played for the Falcons. He retired before I was born but this is the only thing I ever played in my life.
Football just feels right. It’s fun for me.
Playing college football has been the dream for me since I first stepped on the field when I was 5 years old, ever since I played for Sanford Seminole Pop Warner.
My first offer was Louisville when I was in 11th grade. That first offer showed me that my hard work was paying off. I knew my time was coming.
I want to thank my father, my mother and (Seminole) coach (Eric) Lodge They all played a big role and they’re the three role models in my life. They always talked to me when I was down.
I’ve been looking for a college that is really a home. Somewhere I felt comfortable. I found it.
For the next three to four years, I’ll be taking my talents to the University of Central Florida.
Sanford Seminole senior linebacker Kam Moore has verbally committed to UCF.
When the new staff came in, I knew they were great coaches. T-Will (UCF defensive coordinator Travis Williams) is a great guy with great energy. I know I’ll have family coming to every game. It was a good fit.
