Hacked emails? Florida law firm sues NFL concussion settlement alleging crimes

A Florida law firm is suing parts of the NFL concussion settlement, claiming the administrator hacked into the counsel’s servers as part of a corruption audit. The sensationalistic charges include alleged ex-FBI agents, constitutional violations, secret whistleblower packages, and a lot of overheated rhetoric.

The charges brought by Collins & Truett in a Leon County, Fla., court, named five special masters appointed by the settlement, and Roma Petkauskas of BrownGreer, the settlement administrator conducting the audit, as well as HML Group, LLC, the firm allegedly staffed by ex-FBI agents that allegedly did the hacking.
